中敘關係（阿拉伯語：العلاقات السورية الصينية）是指中國和敘利亞的外交關係，1956年8月1日，中國和敘利亞建立外交關係，兩國分別有中國駐大馬士革的大使館和敘利亞駐北京的大使館。
歷史
1956年中國和敘利亞建立外交關係[2]。
1999年4月6日，時任中國全國人大常委會委員長李鵬訪問敘利亞[3]。
經濟關係
中國和敘利亞有重要的貿易關係。2009年，根據國際貨幣基金組織的數據兩國相互間的貿易額近22億美元，敘利亞經濟部預期在2010年也有類似的貿易額。從敘利亞出口到中國占不到1%的貿易總額，為560萬美元，而從中國出口到敘利亞的價值為22億美元，使中國成為敘利亞的主要進口國。[5][6][7]
中國正在積極參與敘利亞的石油工業。在該國主要的石油生產財團阿拉法特石油公司中，中國石油天然氣公司與敘利亞國家石油公司和荷蘭皇家殼牌是合資夥伴。該聯合公司每日生產石油100,000桶。[8]中石化是另一家中國石油公司，一直活躍在敘利亞近年來的石油勘探招標。中國石油天然氣公司和中石化正在幫助敘利亞重振石油輸出。
中國還幫助敘利亞建造了一些基礎設施建設項目，如紡織廠和體育場。中國在敘利亞目前擁有一個水力發電站和一個橡膠輪胎工廠。[9]
軍事關係
1969年，參謀長馬斯塔法·特拉斯帶領了一個軍事代表團來北京，與中國政府達成武器交易。[10][11][12]為了向蘇聯示意停止介入敘利亞內部政爭，馬斯塔法·特拉斯揮舞着《毛主席語錄》並且允許記者拍照，這時正值中國和蘇聯軍隊在烏蘇里江發生流血衝突僅僅兩個月後。[13][14]後來，蘇聯同意讓步，向敘利亞出售武器。
1993年和1996年，有報道指中國協助敘利亞研究導彈項目。[15][16]
