昆达里尼

昆达里尼（梵语：कुण्डलिनी，kuṇḍalinī，坦米尔语 : வாலை，泰语: กุณฺฑลินี，英语：Kundalini），又译为军荼利、灵量、拙火，梵文原义是卷曲的意思，印度瑜伽认为，其为有形的生命力，是性力的来源，蜷曲在人类的脊椎骨尾端的位置。传统印度常以女神，或是沉睡的蛇来作为象征。类似于中医与道家所说的精或先天的炁，印度瑜伽修行者认为，通过修练瑜伽，将可以唤醒沈睡在身体中的昆达里尼，使它通过中脉，最终到达“梵我合一”的境界。

释义

昆达里尼被认为位于海底轮的位置。身体的右脉与左脉，将气传送至海底轮，两者力量的结合，形成昆达里尼，昆达里尼的能量则进入中脉，往上到达顶轮。
