加拿大政府（英语：Government of Canada；法语：Gouvernement du Canada），正式名称为女王陛下政府（英语：Her Majesty's Government；法语：Gouvernement de Sa Majesté），是管理加拿大的联邦政府，并透过共同机关对普通货物征收税款[1][2][3]。在加拿大英语中，“Government of Canada”这个词可能意味着集体机构，或者专指行政长官会同行政会议。这两种机构在通过《1867年英属北美法令》且加拿大联邦化后正式成立，其中采行联邦制和君主立宪制。由加拿大君主作为政治基础核心[4]，并且引进西敏式的议会民主制度[5]。加拿大政府治理的相关内容大致在加拿大宪法提及，其他还有几个世纪来的成文法令、法院裁决以及不成文风俗等。当前加拿大政府架构，分成采取加拿大枢密院辖下的加拿大内阁作为行政机构、加拿大国会作为立法机构和各个联邦法院作为司法机构[6][7][8]。
