梳棘龙科（学名：Ctenosauriscidae）是群大型主龙类，是伪鳄类副鳄形类波波龙超科的一个演化支。近年的系统发生学研究，发现梳棘龙科是波波龙科的近亲。[1]。梳棘龙科生存在三叠纪早到中期（奥伦尼克阶到安尼西阶）的非洲、亚洲、欧洲、北美洲[1]。梳棘龙科的背部具有大型背帆。梳棘龙科代表主龙类的第一波全球扩散[2]。
种系发生学
在1964年，古生物学家Oskar Kuhn建立梳棘龙科（Ctenosauriscidae），以包含梳棘龙属[3]。在2011年，梳棘龙科演化支被定义为：包含梳棘龙，但不包含波波龙、灵鳄、波斯特鳄、尼罗鳄、鸟鳄、坚蜥在内的最大演化支[2]。
