葡萄牙人（葡萄牙语：os portugueses）是拥有葡萄牙共和国国籍、葡萄牙境内的民族和族群。主要居住在欧洲西南部伊比利亚半岛西端的葡萄牙和拉丁美洲的巴西。葡萄牙人以葡萄牙语为母语。多信奉天主教，天主教仍是葡萄牙文化的一部分。葡萄牙人是葡萄牙的主体民族，在葡萄牙居住的葡萄牙人有1000万。此外有大量的葡萄牙人移民到欧洲的其他国家，以及葡萄牙的过去最大殖民地巴西。在欧洲国家中，以法国的葡萄牙人移民最多。此外葡萄牙人占了卢森堡人口的13%。在美国，有140多万人出生于葡萄牙家庭或拥有葡萄牙血统；而葡萄牙移民多居住于新英格兰地区、新泽西州和加州。
