东京热辣椒（学名：Capsicum annuum longum ‘Tokyo Hot'）是一种墨西哥杂交的一年生辣椒，和牛角椒同源^[1]。初生为绿色，成熟后为红色。一般成熟的东京热辣椒直径大小为1-1.5厘米和铅笔相当，可以生长到12厘米长^[2]。常用于泰国菜，墨西哥菜和日本菜中^[1]。
