本征半导体（英语：Intrinsic semiconductor）或称无杂质半导体、本质半导体、纯半导体、I型半导体，是指未掺入杂质的半导体。
相对于本质半导体，掺入杂质（doping）而含有杂质的半导体叫做杂质半导体（Extrinsic semiconductor）。
