葡萄牙人（葡萄牙語：os portugueses）是擁有葡萄牙共和國國籍、葡萄牙境內的民族和族群。主要居住在歐洲西南部伊比利亞半島西端的葡萄牙和拉丁美洲的巴西。葡萄牙人以葡萄牙語為母語。多信奉天主教，天主教仍是葡萄牙文化的一部分。葡萄牙人是葡萄牙的主體民族，在葡萄牙居住的葡萄牙人有1000萬。此外有大量的葡萄牙人移民到歐洲的其他国家，以及葡萄牙的過去最大殖民地巴西。在歐洲国家中，以法国的葡萄牙人移民最多。此外葡萄牙人占了盧森堡人口的13%。在美国，有140多萬人出生於葡萄牙家庭或擁有葡萄牙血統；而葡萄牙移民多居住於新英格兰地区、新澤西州和加州。
