霍士公司（英語：Fox Corporation，常略為：Fox Corp.），由迪士尼收購21世紀霍士資產後，收購協議以外的部分組成。[6][7]該公司於2019年3月19日開始股票交易。

霍士公司是21世紀霍士公司的合法繼承者（新聞集團的再繼承者）主要經營電視廣播、新聞和體育直播。其姐妹公司新聞集團，持有梅鐸的報紙股份以及澳大利亞的其他媒體資產（均由他和他的家族通過家族信託持有，各持有39%的股權）。 梅鐸為聯合執行董事長，他的兒子拉克蘭·梅鐸是董事長兼行政總裁。

霍士的資產包括霍士廣播公司、霍士電視台、霍士新聞、霍士財經網以及本土運營的霍士體育等。

2017年12月14日，迪士尼公司宣佈有意收購21世紀霍士的影視娛樂、有線娛樂和直播衛星部門。而其餘的部分，將整合為一個「新的霍士」，持有的資產包括霍士的廣播電視網絡、新聞頻道以及霍士體育。而霍士區域體育網絡包含在出售資產中。[8][9]2018年5月確認由拉克蘭·梅鐸管理新的霍士公司。[2]

併購將面臨反壟斷審查，由於美國聯邦通信委員會（FCC）的複數無綫電視網所有權限制規則（Dual Network Rule）禁止頂級廣播網絡之間的合併，迪士尼在法律上無法同時擁有ABC和霍士網絡。[10]美國司法部下令，迪士尼在90天內關閉霍士區域體育網絡。司法部認為，迪士尼擁有的ESPN（80%）與霍士區域網絡結合將使迪士尼在有線體育市場佔據主導地位。[11][12]

2018年中旬，康卡斯特對迪士尼計劃收購的資產以及天空公司（21世紀霍士控股的公司）發起競標。 2018年7月，霍士同意迪士尼將收購價增至713億美元，以抵禦康卡斯特的反競標。[13]英國監管機構下令對天空公司進行盲拍，被康卡斯特購得。[14]

2018年10月10日，據報道正在籌備即將完成的出售，整合為「新霍士」將在2019年1月1日實現。[4]2018年11月14日透露，新獨立的公司將保持原來的「霍士」名稱。[15]

2019年1月7日，霍士公司的登記表已提交美國證券交易委員會。[5][16]

2019年1月11日，霍士的證券文件中表示沒有計劃競標其以前的區域體育網絡。[6]

2019年3月12日，迪士尼宣佈，交易將在2019年3月20日完成。[17]在2019年3月19日，霍士公司正式在標普500交易，替換21世紀霍士。[18]共和黨政治家及前議長保羅·瑞恩加入霍士董事會。[19]
