螞蟻上樹是一道中國川菜[1]，也就是肉末炒粉絲，用辣豆瓣醬調味。
菜名源於肉末沾在粉絲上，看上去如螞蟻在樹枝上爬[2][3]。材料包括肉末（多半是豬肉）[3]，由醬汁烹煮，放在粉絲上，其他的材料可能有米醋、醬油[2]、芝麻油[2]、青蔥、蒜、薑[2]及辣椒醬。
