蚂蚁上树

蚂蚁上树是一道中国川菜^[1]，也就是肉末炒粉丝，用辣豆瓣酱调味。

菜名源于肉末沾在粉丝上，看上去如蚂蚁在树枝上爬^[2]^[3]。材料包括肉末（多半是猪肉）^[3]，由酱汁烹煮，放在粉丝上，其他的材料可能有米醋、酱油^[2]、芝麻油^[2]、青葱、蒜、姜^[2]及辣椒酱。
