埃里克·斯蒂芬·蘭德（英語：Eric Steven Lander，1957年2月3日—），美國生物學家，麻省理工學院教授、懷特黑德研究所成員、麻省理工和哈佛布羅德研究所主席。他是人類基因組醫學的參與者之一。[1][2]

2021年1月15日，即將上任的美國總統喬·拜登提名蘭德為美國科學和技術政策辦公室主任，並把這個職位提升到了總統內閣級別。[3]
