鲁培尔期（亦被称为斯坦普期或渐新世早期）是渐新世两个阶段中的第一个。其起止时间分别为33.9百万年前和27.82百万年前。

地层定义

该阶以比利时的鲁培尔河命名。在它之前是普里阿邦期（始新世的一部分），紧随其后的是恰特期。
