雅克·马里顿又译雅克·马里丹或雅克·马里旦（法文：Jacques Maritain，1882年11月18日 – 1973年4月28日）是法国天主教哲学家。
在新教的家庭出身，他一直奉行不可知论，后来在1906年皈依天主教。马里顿一生出版超过60本著作，并在当代致力振兴圣托马斯·阿奎那的哲学思想，并对开发起草《世界人权宣言》具有影响力.[1]。马里顿为教宗保禄六世的导师，二人同时也建立了深厚的感情；保禄六世在第二次梵蒂冈大公会议的尾声向他的老师提出“给科学家们的文告”。马里顿的兴趣和著作涉猎哲学多个范畴，其中包括美学、政治理论、科学哲学、形而上学等方面，并对教育、礼拜仪式[2]和教会学的本质有所研究。
