阿齐穆-阿齐纳纳纳大区（马达加斯加语：Atsimo-Atsinanana）是马达加斯加的23个大区之一，位于该国南部，北临菲图维纳尼大区，东毗印度洋，南接阿诺西大区，西邻伊胡龙贝大区，首府是法拉凡加纳，下分5县，面积18,863平方公里，2004年人口约621,200。[1]
