萨瓦大区（马达加斯加语：Sava）是马达加斯加的23个大区之一，位于该国东北部，北面和东面是印度洋，南接阿纳兰吉鲁富大区和苏菲亚大区，西邻迪亚纳大区，首府是桑巴瓦，下分4县，面积25,518平方公里，2004年人口约805,300。[2]
