邦古拉瓦大区（马达加斯加语：Bongolava）是马达加斯加的23个大区之一，位于该国中部，北临贝齐布卡大区，东毗阿纳拉曼加大区和伊塔西大区，南接瓦基南卡拉特拉大区，西邻梅纳贝大区和梅拉基大区，首府是齐鲁阿努曼迪迪，下分2县，面积16,821平方公里，2004年人口约235,000。 [1]
