枕鳍鲨目（学名：Iniopterygiformes），又称枕鳍鲛目，为已灭绝的全头亚纲软骨鱼类，生活在石炭纪，化石发现于美国的蒙大拿州、印第安纳州、伊利诺州与内布拉斯加州。胸鳍大，位于身体靠背测；头部与颚部上具有带细齿的骨板；眼眶大。枕鳍鲛目物种平均体长约 15－46厘米（5.9－18.1英寸），最长可达 50厘米（20英寸）。巨大的胸鳍使得它们得以和现存的飞鱼一样跃出水面滑翔。现存亲缘关系最接近的物种为银鲛。
大部分枕鳍鲨目的物种均属于西布长吻鲛科，包括 Sibyrhinchus denisoni、Inioptera richardsoni 与 Inioxyele 等。然而其模式种枕鳍鲨（Iniopteryx rushlaui）却仍然没有明确的分类，目前置于单型科枕鳍鲨科（Iniopterygidae）之下。
