抹香鯨科（學名：Physeteridae）是齒鯨亞目中的一個科，現僅有抹香鯨一個物種[1]。
現存抹香鯨有鯨蠟器官、只有一個噴氣孔，而且這個氣孔都位於頭部的左側、其牙齒只位於下顎。
假如分子遺傳學的研究證明抹香鯨科的動物與鬚鯨亞目的動物比其它齒鯨亞目的動物更加接近的話，那麼這個科在鯨目中的分類將會改變。
