2020年亞洲足協盃小組賽將於2020年2月10日至6月24日進行。而由於疫情影響，比賽在6月之前不會進行。
7月9日，宣佈剩下的小組賽比賽將於9月23日與東南亞區小組賽比賽一起返回，並於11月4日在集中場地結束。其中7組別將在同一成員場地繼續比賽。
賽程
由於冠狀病毒疫情大流行，在亞足聯於2020年3月18日宣佈將推遲所有比賽直至6月之前，僅進行了32場小組賽比賽。[1]

On 30 July 2020, AFC announced that the matches in Group F will take place at the Thống Nhất Stadium in Ho Chi Minh City while the Group G ties will be staged in Quang Ninh’s Cẩm Phả Stadium. Plus, AFC had earlier confirmed Maldives as the centralised venue for the South Zone matches in Group E which will take place from 23 October to 4 November 2020. On 5 August 2020, AFC announced that Bahrain, Kuwait and Jordan had been confirmed as the host for the 2020 AFC Cup West Zone matches in Groups A, B and C respectively.
