2020年亚洲足协杯小组赛将于2020年2月10日至6月24日进行。而由于疫情影响，比赛在6月之前不会进行。
7月9日，宣布剩下的小组赛比赛将于9月23日与东南亚区小组赛比赛一起返回，并于11月4日在集中场地结束。其中7组别将在同一成员场地继续比赛。
赛程
由于冠状病毒疫情大流行，在亚足联于2020年3月18日宣布将推迟所有比赛直至6月之前，仅进行了32场小组赛比赛。[1]

On 30 July 2020, AFC announced that the matches in Group F will take place at the Thống Nhất Stadium in Ho Chi Minh City while the Group G ties will be staged in Quang Ninh’s Cẩm Phả Stadium. Plus, AFC had earlier confirmed Maldives as the centralised venue for the South Zone matches in Group E which will take place from 23 October to 4 November 2020. On 5 August 2020, AFC announced that Bahrain, Kuwait and Jordan had been confirmed as the host for the 2020 AFC Cup West Zone matches in Groups A, B and C respectively.
