《論波蘭政府》（法語：Considérations sur le gouvernement de Pologne）是日內瓦哲學家讓-雅克·盧梭的最後一部政治理論著作，內容是對波蘭立陶宛聯邦設計新憲法提出的建議。
該文完成於1772年，當時第一次瓜分波蘭已經發生（1772年2月17日）。俄國、普魯士和奧地利侵略並佔領了波蘭的大部分地區[1]。該文直到盧梭去世之後才出版。
盧梭認為小國有助於繁榮，而大國會陷入無政府狀態或專制主義。因此他建議對波蘭的聯邦制度進行重要的改革。他說道：「如果你想改革你的政府，那麼首先要縮小你的邊界，」
盧梭的著作影響了世界第二部成文憲法，1791年5月3日的波蘭五三憲法。
