卡爾凱美什（英語：Carchemish），又譯卡爾基米什、卡赫美士，《聖經》和合本譯作迦基米施，思高本譯作加革米士，西亞古城，位於今土耳其和敘利亞之間的邊境地區。[1]該城於米坦尼、赫梯以及亞述等歷史時代均產生了重要影響。約公元前2400年前後（青銅時代早期）即見於文獻記載，約公元前1800年成為重要的木材貿易中心。亦憑藉其特殊的地理位置而成為古代埃及與西亞諸國爭鬥的焦點。公元前605年的埃及與新巴比倫王國的戰爭即發生於此。該遺址於19世紀後期由英國考古學家對此進行了勘察與發掘，大量有關亞述、赫梯時期的建築以及銘文石刻得以確認。
