卡尔凯美什（英语：Carchemish），又译卡尔基米什、卡赫美士，《圣经》和合本译作迦基米施，思高本译作加革米士，西亚古城，位于今土耳其和叙利亚之间的边境地区。[1]该城于米坦尼、赫梯以及亚述等历史时代均产生了重要影响。约公元前2400年前后（青铜时代早期）即见于文献记载，约公元前1800年成为重要的木材贸易中心。亦凭借其特殊的地理位置而成为古代埃及与西亚诸国争斗的焦点。公元前605年的埃及与新巴比伦王国的战争即发生于此。该遗址于19世纪后期由英国考古学家对此进行了勘察与发掘，大量有关亚述、赫梯时期的建筑以及铭文石刻得以确认。
