肯尼斯·裴(英语:Kenneth Bae,1968年8月1日— )[1][2][3][4][5]原名裴埈皓(朝鲜语:배준호)[6],是一名韩裔美国福音派基督教传教士[7][8][9],曾因被控策划颠覆朝鲜政权,包括在中国建立基地以推翻朝鲜政府而被朝鲜定罪[10][11]。 2013年4月,他被判处15年监禁,2014年11月8日与美国人马修·米勒一同获释[12]。2016年,他成立了名为尼希米全球倡议(NGI)的非政府组织[13],其目标包括纪念、解救和帮助朝鲜难民,并在中国和韩国重建他们的生活。
