肯尼斯·裴（英语：Kenneth Bae，1968年8月1日— ）[1][2][3][4][5]原名裴埈皓（朝鲜语：배준호）[6]，是一名韩裔美国福音派基督教传教士[7][8][9]，曾因被控策划颠覆朝鲜政权，包括在中国建立基地以推翻朝鲜政府而被朝鲜定罪[10][11]。 2013年4月，他被判处15年监禁，2014年11月8日与美国人马修·米勒一同获释[12]。2016年，他成立了名为尼希米全球倡议（NGI）的非政府组织[13]，其目标包括纪念、解救和帮助朝鲜难民，并在中国和韩国重建他们的生活。
