菲比·阿珀森·赫斯特（英语：Phoebe Apperson Hearst，1842年12月3日—1919年4月13日），美国慈善家、女权主义者[1]。她同时也是报业大王威廉·赫斯特的母亲。
生平
菲比·赫斯特出生于密苏里州圣克莱尔。19岁时嫁给后来成为美国参议员的乔治·赫斯特。婚后不久这对年轻夫妇便搬到加州旧金山市，在那里菲比生下两人唯一的独子：威廉。
在1880年代，她是位积极的慈善家。她是金门幼稚园协会的主要赞助者与董事[2]，同时也是加州世纪俱乐部的第一任主席[3]。除此之外她还是美国加州大学柏克莱分校的第一位女性校董与赞助者。她自1897年起在董事会任职，直到去世。同样在1897年，她促使全国母亲代表大会的成立，该会为后来全国家长与教师协会的前身。1900年，她与其他人共同创立国家大教堂学校，使得一座毗邻该校的公立小学以她的名字命名以作纪念[4]。
1898年，她的宗教信仰从坎伯兰长老教会[5]转向巴哈伊教，并对该教在美国的传播起了重要的影响。她在1898年12月14日抵达巴勒斯坦（现以色列）境内的阿卡与海法两地朝圣[6][7][8][9][10][11][12]，她后来描述道：“这三天是我生命中最难忘的日子。”（Those three days were the most memorable days of my life.）[13][14]
她在1919年4月13日死于西班牙流感，享年76岁。逝世后被安葬在加州圣马刁郡科尔马市内的赛普拉斯草坪纪念公园[15] 。
