帕绍大学（德语：Universität Passau，英语：University of Passau）是一所位于德国下巴伐利亚地区帕绍市的公立研究型大学，建立于1973年，是德国最年轻的大学之一。其前身为天主教研究学院，距今已有数百年历史。目前约有13000名学生分别在四个学院、39个不同的学士和研究生学位就读。
帕绍大学连续多年在泰晤士高等教育世界大学排名中被评为全球最佳250所大学之一，在德国新兴大学中名列第二[1]，在法律、商学、资讯工程、及跨文化研究等领域享有盛名。
历史
1973年1月1日，巴伐利亚邦议会（Bayerischer Landtag）决议成立帕绍大学。但是，帕绍大学前身可以追溯到1622年。当时天主教研究学院并入了由利奥波德五世（Fürst Leopold V.）于1612年创立的一所高中。经过长期发展后，于1923年成为一所哲学神学院。1969年，市议会发起决议，以原先神学院为基础，建立一所大学。 1978年8月1日起，帕绍哲学神学院并入新成立的帕绍大学天主教神学学院，并于同年冬季学期开始招生。
学院与科系
目前帕绍大学拥有四个学院：法学院、文学院、商学院、电脑科学及数学学院。教学特色为重视国际化、跨领域及实践导向。此外，帕绍大学的语言中心提供德文、法文、西班牙文、意大利文、葡萄牙文、捷克文、俄文、泰文、越南文、中文等14种语言的课程[2]，在某些科系中，外语是必修科目，使学生们可以获得与主修学科相关的外语能力，如法律、经济、文化等。

帕绍大学以其国际化的氛围而闻名。截至2019年，帕绍大学有来自超过100个国家约1500名学生注册。与美洲，欧洲，亚洲和澳大利亚约236所大学保持着合作伙伴关系，使在校学生能够拥有海外学习的机会。伙伴学校包括英国国王学院和斯特林大学，西班牙巴赛隆纳自治大学和马德里自治大学，瑞典的隆德大学，美国加州州立大学弗雷斯诺分校，阿根廷萨尔瓦多大学，智利圣地亚哥大学，加拿大拉瓦尔大学，日本明治大学，中国北京外国语大学、西南财经大学等[3]。
