和风酱(和风ドレッシング)是一种以土佐酢为基底的沙拉酱,风行于日本。[1]
和风酱一般由日式酱油、米醋、味醂与植物油调制而成。亦有许多种类,例如加入青海苔、紫苏、姜末、鲣节、梅酱、山葵、柠檬或柚子。[2]
