利物浦和曼彻斯特铁路（英语：Liverpool and Manchester Railway），简称L&MR，[1][2][3]是1830年9月15日开通于利物浦和曼彻斯特之间的铁路。这是世界第一条完全使用蒸汽作为动力的铁路，不允许马车驶入。这条铁路也取得了财务上的成功。1845年，这条铁路被大交汇铁路（Grand Junction Railway, GJR）合并。
