巴基斯坦三軍情報局（烏爾都語：انٹر سروسز انٹلیجنس；英語：Directorate for Inter-Services Intelligence，簡稱ISI）是巴基斯坦最大的情報機關，成立於1948年，其主要職能類似美國的中央情報局及英國的軍情六處。[1]其總部原先位於拉瓦爾品第，後遷往伊斯蘭堡。現任局長為法茲‧哈梅德中將 (Faiz Hameed)，於2019年4月就任。

恐怖主義援助指控
1990年代後期三軍情報局就開始扶植虔誠軍、穆罕默德軍等伊斯蘭極端主義份子。[3]
2007年，阿富汗當局表示一名被扣押的塔利班發言人哈尼在審訊過程中承認穆罕默德·奧馬爾正在受到巴基斯坦三軍情報局的保護，住在巴基斯坦的奎達市。
2008年，阿富汗政府指責巴基斯坦三軍情報局介入了先前針對阿富汗總統卡爾扎伊的未遂暗殺行動。
2010年，倫敦政治經濟學院發表一份報告，指有確鑿證據顯示巴基斯坦三軍情報局不僅為阿富汗的塔利班好戰分子提供資金、訓練和避難所，甚至還是塔利班領導委員會的成員。
2010年另有報道指巴基斯坦三軍情報局要求塔利班殺掉所有人，包括警察、軍人和平民，以威嚇人民。
2011年，美國法院審訊涉嫌參與2008年孟買連環恐怖襲擊的疑犯塔哈瓦爾·拉納，有證人指稱巴基斯坦三軍情報局是「虔誠軍」和「穆罕默德軍」等伊斯蘭極端組織的保護傘，三軍情報局向他們提供軍事和財務上的支援和訓練，在制定攻擊孟買的計劃時，虔誠軍和三軍情報局之間合作非常密切。
