Windows Embedded Industry（又稱Windows Embedded工業版[10]，前稱Windows Embedded POSReady和Windows Embedded for Point of Service）是一個作業系統系列，由微軟開發，是Windows Embedded家族的一部份[11]。Windows Embedded Industry基於Windows NT，設計用於工業裝置中，如收銀機、ATM和自助結賬系統[12]。Windows Embedded 8.1 Industry是該系列的最終版本，此後的Windows 10 IoT Enterprise取代了Windows Embedded Industry和Windows Embedded Standard系列。

版本

Windows Embedded for Point of Service (WEPOS)

該系統基於Windows XP SP2，設計用於服務式端點銷售（Point of Service）場景。WEPOS的發佈擴充了微軟的Windows Embedded產品線，它是該家族中首個在安裝與部署後能使用Windows Update Agent更新自身的系統[13]。2008年10月8日，WEPOS的Service Pack 3（SP3）發佈[14]。微軟針對Internet Explorer的新生命周期策略政策在2016年1月12日生效後，WEPOS和所有其他平台上的IE6均失去支援。另外，WEPOS是新策略生效後最後一個IE7仍受到微軟支援的平台[15]。Windows Embedded for Point of Service發佈於2005年5月24日[16]。

Windows Embedded POSReady 2009

該系統基於Windows XP SP3，提供了一些Windows Embedded for Point of Service沒有的特性，如完整的本地化翻譯和XPS支援（後者需安裝.NET Framework 3.5或更高版本）[17]，發佈日期是2008年12月9日[16]。為在支援周期結束後繼續接收更新，一些Windows XP使用者選擇修改登錄檔以偽裝成該系統使用者、欺騙Windows Update，從而在2019年Windows Embedded POSReady 2009的延伸支援結束前，繼續接收可用於Windows XP的更新[18][19][20]。一個非官方的Windows XP SP4亦包含該Windows登錄檔「修補程式」，以及在產品壽命結束後針對XP製作的其他修補[21]。在WEPOS的支援結束後，目前僅剩下POSReady 2009和Windows Embedded Standard 2009兩款XP衍生作業系統仍受官方支援。

Windows Embedded POSReady 7

Windows Embedded POSReady 7是Windows Embedded Industry系列中首個基於Windows 7平台的版本[22]，發佈於2011年7月1日[16]。

Windows Embedded 8 Industry

Windows Embedded 8 Industry基於Windows 8[23]，發佈於2013年4月2日[16][24]。該系統有專業版和企業版兩個版本[6][7]，其中專業版僅供OEM預裝至裝置，企業版只可通過批次許可渠道獲得。企業版還提供嵌入式特定功能，可與Windows 8企業版無縫結合。阿拉斯加航空的機上娛樂裝置便是使用Windows Embedded 8 Industry[25]。

Windows Embedded 8.1 Industry

Windows Embedded 8.1 Industry基於Windows 8.1[23]，發佈於2013年10月17日[16]。和8 Industry一樣，該系統也提供專業版和企業版兩個版本[8][9]。2014年4月16日，微軟發佈了Windows Embedded 8.1 Industry Update（更新）[26]。
