ISO 4（信息及文檔——標題字詞及出版物標題的縮寫規則，英語：Information and documentation – Rules for the abbreviation of title words and titles of publications）是規定科學期刊等連續出版物的標題縮寫的國際標準。[1]國際標準化組織（ISO）指定國際標準期刊代碼（ISSN）中心作為該標準的登記機關，後者負責需要維護作為期刊常見詞語的縮寫標準的標題縮寫名單（英語：List of Title Word Abbreviations）。
ISO 4的主要用途是使用標題縮寫名單縮寫科學期刊。例如引用《European Physical Journal（歐洲物理雜誌）》的名稱時，會按照ISO 4的規定縮寫為「Eur. Phys. J.」。
