Chrome OS核心字体，又称Croscore字体，是一组包含以下三个TrueType字体家族之集合：Arimo（无衬线体）、Tinos（衬线体）与Cousine（等宽字体）。这些字体在规格上兼容于蒙纳公司的Arial、Times New Roman以及Courier New，上述三个在Microsoft Windows操作系统上最普遍的字体，其目的为作为上述三字体的开放源代码替代品[1]。
Google从Ascender公司处获取这些字体，并以Apache许可证第二版授权[2][3][4]。
这一套字体原先由Steve Matteson所开发，最初的名称为Ascender Sans与Ascender Serif，同时也是红帽公司以开放源代码许可证释出的Liberation字体之基础[5]。
Crosextra字体
2013年，Google释出了一个额外的Crosextra (Chrome OS Extra) 软件包，其包含了Carlito（兼容于微软公司的Calibri）与Caladea（兼容于微软公司的Cambria）。
