1928年改革法案[1]（英语：Representation of the People (Equal Franchise) Act 1928）是英国议会通过的一项法案。该法扩大了1918年人民代表法令的选举权范围，该法规定所有21岁以上的妇女均有投票权。在该法颁布之前，只有30岁以上符合最低财产资格的妇女才能投票[2]。该法案于1928年7月2日起正式生效。
