羽林军三（宝瓶座41，41 Aquarii，缩写为41 Aqr）是在天球赤道上的星座，宝瓶座内的双星[3]，英译名称宝瓶座41是依据佛氏命名法而来的。它的视星等为5.354等[2]，与地球的距离大约是230光年（71秒差距）。 较亮的一颗是红群聚[7]的巨星，光谱类型为K0III，星等为5.73。在角距离5.148角秒处，较暗的一颗是F型主序星，星等为7.16等，光谱类型为F8V[3]。
