塔新航空（印地语：विस्तारा；英语：Vistara），又称维斯塔拉航空，法定名称为塔塔SIA航空有限公司（英语：Tata SIA Airlines Limited），是一家印度的传统航空公司，总部位于古尔冈，以英迪拉·甘地国际机场作为枢纽机场。公司由塔塔父子和新加坡航空以合资的方式经营，并在2015年1月9日首航和运营德里至孟买的航线。截至2016年6月塔新航空的载客量已经超过200万人次。[1]而截至2019年5月；它在国内航线的占有率达至百分之四点七，[2]成为印度第六大的国内航线营运者。[3]目前塔新航空拥有34个航点，[4]并以空中客车A320、空中客车A321neo、波音787-9和波音737-800营运。 [5]

历史

塔新航空的第一架空中客车A320（VT-TTB）[6]停泊在英迪拉·甘地国际机场

塔新航空在2013年创立，是一间由印度的综合企业塔塔父子和新加坡航空共同创立的合资公司。[7][8][9][10][11]两间公司曾经在1990年代中在印度投标开办一家传统航空公司，但最后因被印度政府拒绝监管而令投标失败。[12]在2012年，印度开放百分之49的航空业予外商直接投资（FDI），塔塔父子和新加坡航空决定再一次在印度成立一家合资航空公司。[13]合资后成立的塔塔SIA航空有限公司（TASL）定位是一家优质的传统航空公司，以服务被低成本航空公司主导的印度民航市场对高端商务旅客的需求。在2013年10月，TASL的合资公司申请获得印度外国投资促进委员会批准，允许新加坡航空拥有TASL百分之四十九的股份。[14]两家母公司最初承诺投资合共1亿美元作为启动资金，由塔塔父子拥有当中百分之五十一的资金；新加坡航空则拥有余下百分之四十九。[15]这是塔塔集团第二次涉足航空业，当中包括在印度亚洲航空拥有的少数股权。[16]该公司第一次涉足航空业是在1930年代成立的塔塔航空，其后经过国有化后成为了国家航空公司印度航空。[17]

2014年8月11日，TASL公开其英文品牌名称“Vistara”。[8]该名字的由来是梵语“vistāra”，意指广阔无垠。[18][19]2014年12月15日，塔新航空获得民航总局发出的航空营运证明书；并在2015年1月9日开始运营。[16][20][21]塔新航空成为第一家在孟买贾特拉帕蒂·希瓦吉·马哈拉杰国际机场新建的二号客运大楼运营国内线的航空公司。[22]2015年8月24日，塔新航空成立航空保安培训学院，为公司的座舱和飞行人员、保安人员和其他与航空业相关的员工作培训。学院已经取得自民航局发出的必要批准。[23]在开始运营的第一个月，塔新航空保持超过百分之九十的极高正点率，名列所有印度国内线航空公司之冠。[24][25]2015年8月20日，塔新航空的载客量在开始运营后七个几月便达至五十万人次。[26]截至2016年6月，塔新航空已占有印度国内线市场百分之二。[27]2018年4月，塔新航空获得国际航空运输协会（IATA）的会籍，[28]IATA的成员包括代表、领导和服务于航空业的全球280多家航空公司。塔新航空同时成为少数拥有IATA会籍的印度籍航空公司。

2019年7月11日，塔新航空宣布它们第一个国际线航点将会是新加坡。德里至新加坡和孟买至新加坡的航线分别于8月6日和7日正式启航，并以前身为印度捷特航空拥有的波音737-800客机飞行。[29][30][31]

2020年2月29日，塔新航空接收第一架波音787-9广体客机，成为印度第一家营运此款机型的印度籍航空公司，并将会接收多五架同型客机。[32]2020年5月28日，塔新航空的波音787-9在德里至加尔各答的航线上首航。[33]同年8月28日，塔新航空开始营运第一条洲际航线，航线是德里至伦敦希斯路。[34]

公司事务

2014年4月15日，[35]塔新航空分别任命杨丕德和卓严民为行政总裁（CEO）和首席商务主任（CCO），[36]两人均来自新加坡航空。[37]

2015年3月，塔新航空把总部搬到德里的卫星城市；位于古尔冈43区的地平线中心。[38][39]公司最初由一个三人董事会组成，包括来自塔塔集团的董事长普拉萨德·梅、木孔德·拉詹和来自新加坡航空的麦瑞华。[40][41]2015年8月，索姆·米塔尔和桑吉塔·彭杜卡加入董事会，并向公司增加注股20亿卢比（2,800万美元），成为塔塔集团和新加坡航空50亿卢比（7000万美元）股份的一部分。[42][43]2016年1月，现任泰坦公司董事总经理巴斯卡尔·巴特因普拉萨德·梅退休而成为新任董事会主席。[44][45][46]2016年3月，塔新航空任命桑吉夫·卡普尔为首席战略和商务主任，顶替将在2016年4月中因完成代理职务而离开的卓严民。[47]

2017年10月16日，公司宣布汤康庄将会顶替杨丕德成为塔新航空的行政总裁。[48]杨丕德将会回到新加坡航空执行高级管理职务；并成为客户体验署理高级副总裁。[49]汤康庄在加入塔新航空前曾经是新加坡航空副公司廉价航空控股的首席商务主任。[50]而在加入廉价航空控股前，汤康庄曾经是新加坡航空传统区域航空子公司，胜安航空的行政总裁。[51]桑吉夫·卡普尔在2019年12月31日辞任首席战略和商务主任，并由首席战略主任维诺德·坎南顶替卡普尔的职务。[52]

2014年9月25日，塔新航空在新德里接收第一架飞机。[73]2016年10月，塔新航空接收第一份13架空中客车A320的订单中的最后一架飞机，[74]并计划于2018年年中接收7架空中客车A320neo。[74]2015年3月，杨丕德公布塔新航空计划采购数目不定的窄体和广体飞机，以加强国内线网络及在两年内开办国际线。[75][76]塔新航空在印度捷特航空停飞后租入9架前印度捷特航空的波音737-800。[77]其后塔新航空在2020年3月把其中2架737退租，其余的7架因属于长期租赁，将于2022至2023年间离开机队。[78]

塔新航空向波音订购了6架波音787-9客机，将于2020至2021年交付。第一架梦想客机在2020年2月交付；第二架则在同年8月交付。[71][79]

商务舱

塔新航空在波音787-9客机上以1-2-1排列安装了30个STELIA航天的商务座位。[80]每个座位均可以完全平躺，并以皮革装饰。座位的间距为44英寸；平躺时则有76英寸。座位设有个人收纳空间、交流电源插座和USB插座、18英寸高清触控式萤幕、控制显示屏和控制环境照明的遥控器。[81][82]

塔新航空在158座的空中客车A320-200客机上以2-2排列安装了8个商务座位。座位的阔度是20.12英寸（511毫米），间距则有42英寸（1,100毫米）。[83][84]

豪华经济舱

塔新航空是第一家在印度国内线市场提供豪华经济舱的航空公司。[85]

现时塔新航空在158座单走道的空中客车A320-200客机上以3-3排列安装了24个豪华经济座位。每个座位阔18英寸（460毫米），间距则有33－36英寸（840－910毫米）。[83]

而在波音787-9梦想客机上则以2-3-2排列装有21个瑞卡罗的豪华经济座位。座位以皮革装饰，间距为38英寸；斜倚达7英寸。座位配备可调脚凳和伸缩脚踏板，以及六向可调节头枕。座位均设有交流电源插座和USB插座和13英寸高清触控式萤幕。[80][81]

经济舱

在波音787-9梦想客机上塔新航空装有248个瑞卡罗的经济座位。全部以3-3-3排列，间距为31英寸；斜倚为5英寸。座位均装有12英寸高清触控式萤幕、六向可调节头枕和USB插座。[80][86]

机上娱乐

“Vistara World”是塔新航空可供乘客用自己的个人流动装置使用的无线上网机上娱乐系统。塔新航空的无线机上娱乐系统是开发自蓝盒航空系统。[87]它提供超过70小时长；多元选择和各种类型的宝莱坞和好莱坞媒体。当中包括不同类别如戏剧、浪漫剧，喜剧，惊悚剧，动作剧，冒险剧和儿童内容，同时包括受欢迎的印度和西方电视节目和不同的音乐选择，如印度音乐，流行乐，爵士乐，蓝调，摇滚乐，电子乐和英式怀旧音乐。“Vistara World”也提供允许乘客在飞行时追踪飞机的实时移动地图。[88]

餐饮

塔新航空的餐膳是由塔塔集团和新加坡公司合资的泰姬陵新翔饮食服务提供，由泰姬陵酒店集团前行政总厨阿伦·巴特拉作领导。[89]塔新航空于一天内不同时间为不同舱等提供四次餐膳，包括早餐、茶点、午餐和晚餐，当中经济舱会提供一款素菜和一款非素菜；豪华经济舱会提供两款素菜和一款非素菜；商务舱会提供两款素菜和两款非素菜。餐单通常每七天更改一次；而午餐和晚餐均有不同的菜单。[90]旅客也可在出发前24小时要求提供特殊餐点。[91][92]

机场贵宾室

2016年3月29日，塔新航空于德里的英迪拉·甘地国际机场三号客运大楼离境层为商务舱乘客和“Club Vistara”白金和金卡会员提供高级贵宾室服务。贵宾室在禁区内占地250平方米；并可以同时容纳75人。[93]

2020年4月1日起，塔新航空关闭了位于德里的英迪拉·甘地国际机场三号客运大楼的旗舰贵宾室。现时塔新航空符合条件的乘客可以使用于英迪拉·甘地国际机场三号客运大楼阁楼的环亚机场贵宾室。 [94]

飞行常客计划

“Club Vistara”是塔新航空推出的飞行常客奖励计划，[95]它是根据乘客花费在机票上的钱而不是以飞行里数赚取积分。[96]2015年1月29日，塔新航空宣布与新加坡航空进行合作伙伴协议，允许乘客以“Club Vistara”的会藉赚取和兑换在新加坡航空和胜安航空的“KrisFlyer”计划内的里数。[97]
