微量白蛋白尿(microalbuminuria)是用来描述白蛋白尿水平适度增加的医学术语。它发生在泄漏少量白蛋白(Human serum albumin)进入尿液里、换言之,即在肾脏肾小球的白蛋白有异常高的渗透性(Vascular permeability)。这个医学术语"微量白蛋白尿"现在KDIGO(Kidney Disease Improving Global Outcomes/肾脏病改善全球成果)计划不建议使用,并以"中度增加白蛋白尿"取代之。

病因

  • 血管内皮功能障碍(endothelial dysfunction)的标志。
