小岩部神经（lesser petrosal nerve），又称小浅岩部神经，为舌咽神经的一条分支，属于一般内脏传出神经（GVE），神经纤维中带有来自鼓室神经丛的副交感神经纤维，并输入腮腺。

结构

小岩部神经在离开鼓室神经丛后便进入颞骨前缘的小岩部神经沟，并进入中颅窝^[1]。之后经卵圆孔离开颅窝进入颞下窝，并与耳核形成突触。突触后的神经会进入耳颞神经纤维中走一小段后再次离开，最后汇入腮腺。

另外，颜面神经在膝状神经节中会分出一条分支与耳核沟通，之后进入小岩部神经。
