奥利弗·伊顿·威廉姆森（英语：Oliver Eaton Williamson，1932年9月27日— 2020年5月21日），美国经济学家，1955年毕业于美国麻省理工学院。他因“对经济治理尤其是企业边界的分析”与埃莉诺·奥斯特罗姆共同被授予2009年诺贝尔经济学奖。威廉姆森以交易成本经济学方面的研究著称，是新制度经济学的代表人物之一。他曾师从诺贝尔奖得主罗纳德·科斯、司马贺以及卡内基梅隆大学前校长Richard Cyert。
