利茲市（英语：City of Leeds）[1]是英国英格兰西约克郡的一个地方政区和都市区，统治机构是利茲市议会，拥有英国城市地位。利茲市的中心城市是利茲，但也包括了利茲附近的一些卫星城[2]。据2014年估计，利茲市有人口766,399人，是英格兰仅次于伯明翰的人口第二多的地方行政区。
