《核酸的分子结构：去氧核糖核酸之构造》（英语：Molecular structure of Nucleic Acids: A Structure for Deoxyribose Nucleic Acid）是沃森与克里克共同发表的一篇论文，该论文被刊登于1953年4月25日出版的第171期《自然》杂志，并首次描述了发现DNA的双螺旋结构的过程。此发现对生物学，尤其对遗传学产生重大影响。
