阿波罗尼亚（阿尔巴尼亚语：Apolonia；现代希腊语：Ἀπολλωνία κατ᾿ Ἐπίδαμνον或Ἀπολλωνία πρὸς Ἐπίδαμνον，罗马化：Apollonia kat' Epidamnon或Apollonia pros Epidamnon）是位于维约萨河右岸的古希腊城市，遗址位于现阿尔巴尼亚非夏尔州德梅纳斯村附近。[1]阿波罗尼亚城是由来自克基拉岛及科林斯的古希腊殖民者于公元前588年所建立，该城建于当地的一个伊利里亚部落。[2][3]阿波罗尼亚在罗马时期发展繁荣，亦是著名的哲学学院所在地，其港口在3世纪时因地震影响而开始淤积，进而导致其逐渐衰败。阿波罗尼亚最终在古典时代晚期废弃。[4]
阿波罗尼亚于2014年被阿尔巴尼亚列入世界遗产的预备名单。[4]
