黏膜是生物體（口腔、器官、胃、腸、尿道等器官裡面）中由上皮組織和結締組織構成的膜狀結構。其結締組織部分被稱為固有層，其上皮組織部分被稱為上皮，內有血管和神經，能分泌黏液。其作用是作為人體免疫系統的第一道防線。
