罗尔夫·辛格（德语：Rolf Singer，1906年6月23日—1994年1月18日），德国出生的真菌学家，20世纪研究真菌学伞菌方面的重要学者之一。

1931年于维也纳大学获得博士学位，之后于慕尼黑工作。然而，1933年，辛格面临到纳粹德国入侵维也纳，被迫流亡。之后辛格遇见他的妻子，玛尔塔·辛格（Martha Singer）。辛格夫妻从维也纳逃亡到西班牙巴塞罗那，并被任命为巴塞罗那自治大学助理教授。1934年，辛格因遭到代表德国势力的西班牙政府迫害，而逃亡到法国。在辛格获得巴黎法国国家自然历史博物馆的奖学金后，再次移居到列宁格勒，担任苏联科学院植物园的高级科学专家。在科学院期间，辛格远征西伯利亚、阿尔泰山脉与卡累利阿进行研究。1941年，辛格移居美国。他被任命为哈佛大学法洛标本馆（Farlow Herbarium）的助理研究员、助理馆长，并于大卫·林德（David Linder）博士过世后，成为代理馆长。他在此标本馆工作了7年之久。在此期间，辛格接受了古根海姆奖学金（Guggenheim Fellowship）用于佛罗里达州的研究，并于维吉尼亚大学山湖生物站（Mountain Lake Biological Station）教学。

1948年，辛格离开哈佛大学，担任阿根廷国立图库曼大学（Universidad Nacional de Tucuman）教授。1961年担任布宜诺斯艾利斯大学教授。在南美洲这段期间，辛格夫妇与女儿海蒂（Heidi）广泛采集伞菌相关物种标本。辛格也在这段期间首次描述了Lulesia densifolia这个物种。辛格最后所待的学校，是在1968年—1977年于伊利诺大学芝加哥分校。
