'''广园快速路'''，又称为'''广园东快速干线'''（粤高速编号为'''S102'''），位于中国[[广东省]]，连接[[广州]]及[[东莞]]两市，全长约47[[公里]]，双向六车道，呈东西走向，与[[广深铁路]]、广深公路([[107国道]])平行，于2003年12月全线通车<ref>{{Cite web|title=广州广园快速石化厂路段将拓宽至八车道——中新网|url=http://www.chinanews.com/auto/2011/11-02/3431426.shtml|accessdate=2019-11-22|work=www.chinanews.com}}</ref>，可舒缓107国道及[[广深高速公路]]的交通压力。

分三期建设，第一期 (广州[[天河区]]沙河-[[黄埔区]]丰乐)，全长约14公里。第二期 (黄埔丰乐-增城[[新塘]]荔新)，全长约19公里。第三期 (增城新塘荔新-[[东莞市]][[中堂镇]]环城路)，全长约14公里。

设有沙河、广园、汇景路、科韵路、车陂、黄村、茅岗、丰乐、笔村、开发大道、开创大道、新塘、新新、中新、荔新、塘美、新沙、沙埔、仙村、北王及环城路21座出入口或立交桥。

其管理公司[[广园路建设公司]]于1998年成立，是隶属于[[广州市市政园林局]]的正处级事业单位，于2006年4月9日实施封闭收费。
