'''世界青年與學生聯歡節'''（{{Lang-en|World Festival of Youth and Students}}）是一項不定期舉辦的[[左翼]]國際綜合性青年活動。主辦組織是[[世界民主青年聯盟]]，協辦單位是[[國際學生聯盟]]。

國際青年與學生聯歡節誕生於1947年，被認為是[[東方集團]]為了與[[世界大學生運動會]]互別苗頭而創立的活動。但除了運動項目外，聯歡節還包括許多文藝、政治活動，且活動進行時間約僅一週，和世界大學生運動會相較之下略短，<ref>内藤陽介{{lang|ja|『北朝鮮事典―切手で読み解く朝鮮民主主義人民共和国』}}竹内書店新社 2001年 ISBN 4-8035-0316-8</ref>參加者也多限於左派青年團體。
