钡硬锰矿（英语：Romanèchite）[1]((Ba,H2O)2(Mn4+,Mn3+)5O10) 是硬锰矿组 的主要成分，它是一种矿物质混合物[2]。 大多数硬锰矿组不是纯钡硬锰矿。钡硬锰矿是一种有价值的锰矿石，用于炼钢和钠电池生产[3]。 属单斜晶系结构，硬度6，比重4.7-5。钡硬锰矿是由氧化锰八面体形成的结构[4]。
钡硬锰矿与赤铁矿、重晶石、软锰矿、石英等锰氧化物矿物伴生。 产地包括中国[5]， .法国、德国、英国、巴西、印度和美国的亚利桑那州、弗吉尼亚州、田纳西州和密歇根州，以及整个阿巴拉契亚山谷和山脊的遗址[6]。
