菲尔·奈特（英语：Philip Hampson Knight，1938年2月24日—）是一位美国企业家，耐克商业帝国的创始人。在2019年美国400富豪榜，他以359亿美元的资产，排名第16名[2]。
生平
1938年出生于美国俄勒冈州波特兰市，毕业于斯坦福大学商学院硕士学位。在60年代只身一人飞到日本和鬼冢株式会社（ASICS前身）用和父亲借来的50美金拿到了虎牌鞋美国的代理，成立了“蓝带”（Nike前身）[3]。
菲尔·奈特在公司任职52年后于2016年6月退休。NIKE在2018年的收入为364亿美元，并在52个国家/地区设有73,100个办事处。菲尔·奈特承诺向母校俄勒冈大学和斯坦福大学商学院捐赠超过5亿美元[4]。
