声门塞音（英语：glottal stop）为声门闭塞形成的辅音，亦称“清喉塞音”。它在国际音标中的符号是⟨ʔ⟩，在X-SAMPA中的符号是 ?。

声门塞音在很多语言中是不标注出来的，但也有少数标注。马来语中用 ‹k› 表示该音。沃罗语和马耳他语使用 ‹q›。在使用拉丁字母书写的波利尼西亚语言中，常用逆撇号 ‹ʻ› 来表示此音。阿拉伯语的罗马化方案中，是用撇号 ‹'› 标注声门塞音，类似的逆撇号则用于表示浊咽擦音 ‹ʕ›。在希伯来语中，声门闭塞音则是由字母 א 来表示。
该音见于英语中
- 源自希伯来语等中东语言的文字中，凡最后音节的母音字尾加上h者，例如-ah，即代表原语言中的声门塞音。如 hallelujah。
- 感叹语如 ah、oh、uh 等字尾的h，也表示声门塞音。
但今日的英语普遍读法中不常被强调，或者习惯上转为不发音。如 uh-oh /ˈʌʔəʊ/（哦唷）中，只有第一个音节中的h发声门塞音。
二、作为韵尾中 /t/ 的同位异音，且几乎存在于英语所有方言中。例如：
日常的美式英语中，很多不为重读音节的 /tən/ 都读作 /ʔn̩/，例如 fountain、mountain。
另外，字首母音或单独母音前也存在一个不标示出来的声门塞音，如 uh-oh /ˈʌʔəʊ/事实上的发音与/ˈʔʌʔəʊ/相同。
